The world’s been in such a state of chaos and now is the time for a little uplift. ‘Rise’ is the brainchild of Quantize Vice President Kelly Spencer who hoped to give some new artists an opportunity to share their creativity on the label. Working alongside DJ Renée Melendez, the two have put together a variety of inspirational gems sure to move your soul and your feet. The compilation features 4 new tracks from artists who are featured on the label for the very first time, alongside some of our favorite inspirational gems. Founded by Baltimore-based soulful dance music legend, DJ Spen in 2012, Quantize has churned out some of the most recognized soulful dance floor hits of recent years. Influences of funk, soul, and afro vibes can regularly be found on Quantize productions – ensuring there’s something for everyone.
